What is a Lone Soldier?
A “lone soldier” is a soldier in the IDF who serves without family in Israel to support them. These dedicated individuals include new immigrants, international volunteers, orphans, or those from broken or estranged families.
What organizations does The Foundations support?
The Foundation’s staff and Board of Trustees is primarily composed of lone soldier parents. With our knowledge and expertise we find and fund those organizations that provide programs and services that have the greatest impact on the needs of lone soldiers. Where does The Foundation receive support from?
The Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation relies primarily on the generosity of private donors and fundraising events .We do not receive government funding. Every dollar donated is a direct investment in lone soldiers before, during, and after their service.

Are donations tax-deductible?
The Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation is a US based 501(c)(3). Your donation is tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. You may make your donation in many ways including by credit card online, or by check, DAF, or appreciated securities.
What do donations fund?
Donations provide vital "home away from home" services for lone soldiers, including mental health counseling, housing, Shabbat and holiday meals, care packages, pre and post army counseling, essential items and more.
Can businesses partner with you?

How can I volunteer?
