About the Foundation

The Michael Levin Lone Soldier Foundation fulfills Michael’s dream: no Lone Soldier in Israel feels alone. We provide year-round support - housing, meals, mental health assistance, mentorship, and community events.

From warm Shabbat dinners to care packages, we stand beside them. Michael’s legacy drives us to ensure these young men and women thrive.

About Michael Levin

Michael Levin was just 22 when he made the ultimate sacrifice fighting for Israel in the 2006 Lebanon War. Born in Philadelphia, he made aliyah as a teenager, determined to serve in the IDF as a Lone Soldier. He joined the elite Paratroopers.

Michael’s courage, conviction, and selflessness inspired a movement - one that became this Foundation.  Today, his legacy lives on through every Lone Soldier we support.
